Despite the claims of Russian authorities that nothing threats the civilian population of Ukraine, the occupants are attacking residential houses and objects of civil infrastructure. As a result, peaceful people are suffering, there are casualties among children. We are collecting the evidence of war crimes against Ukrainian nation, for which the Russian Federation will be responsible.

As of February 26, the Minister of Health Viktor Liashko informed that 198 Ukrainians (including 3 children) died and 1115 (including 33 children) were wounded.

Combats in Kyiv resulted in fires in two multistory residential buildings – in Koshytsia street, and in Lobanovskoho avenue. People were injured, some are in critical condition. In Obolon district of Kyiv a Russian tank purposely ran over a civil car. The driver was sent to reanimation in critical condition.

During the attack of Russian military on Vorzel near Kyiv, shrapnel hit an orphanage with 50 children inside. Fortunately, the children and staff were not injured.

A residential block, bomb shelters, and a kindergarten in Okhtyrka in Sumy region were attacked by Uragans (multiple-launch rocket systems). There are casualties and severely injured, including children.

Russian bombs hit Kharkiv Blood Center and one educational institution. There are civil casualties.

Russian armed formations launched a number of salvo attacks on residential blocks of Mariupol using a Smerch system. There are casualties and injured among civilians.

Hospitals in Chasiv Yar and Vuhledar, as well as residential streets in Volnovakha suffered the shell fires of occupants in Donetsk oblast.

In Kyiv, a Russian sabotage-reconnaissance group shot dead a family of 2 parents with three children. Both parents and a daughter died. Two other children were injured.

Near Kherson, the occupiers fired at an ambulance crew with wounded people. Some
are dead and wounded.

During russian shelling near Mariupol, civilians of Greek origin have been killed and wounded. One of the victims was a child.

The occupants are looting and stealing from the locals. A man that denied to give his phone to the Russian soldier has been shot dead.

These actions by the Russian Federation’s military are war crimes and must be reviewed by the International Criminal Court in the Hague.
