Russia continues to commit war crimes and kill Ukrainian civilians by striking the Kramatorsk railway station — the central hub for migrants from Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Evidence of war crimes by the Russian occupiers continues to be recorded in the liberated Kyiv region. At the same time, amid the chaos and danger, children are born in the basements of maternity hospitals across the country.
